Entry Fees:

1. No Entry fees for this division

Entries Accepted:

1. Online Entries will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Tuesday of fair week. Entries in the Open Class building will be accepted from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm on Wednesday of fair week.

2. Entries for the Clothing & Needlecraft Division are made in the Open Class building, located under the main grandstands.

3. Entry form follows this section.

4. Junior Class just add the letter “J” behind the class number. You are junior if you are in the grades of 9-12.

5. Entries must be made by 6:00 pm on Wednesday of Fair week and can be delivered Thursday morning by 8:15 before judging.(They must be entered on Wednesday)

6. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED.

7. Articles must be CLEAN and completely finished

8. NOTE: All needlework wall hangings must be framed/finished and ready to hang

Judging Criteria

Clothing articles shall be judged on the following:

Suitability, 20%

Workmanship, 60%

Cleanliness, 10%

General Appearance, 10%

Release of Exhibits:

Exhibits will be released on Saturday of fair week, Between 4:00-6:00pm (no early dismissals) this time is subject to change and will be posted in the Open Class Pavilion and announced during the fair week.
