Ticket Terms of Use
The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Purchase of tickets by a third party is not authorized and carries a risk of being fraudulent. Event reserves the right to require photo ID for entry. Tickets are a revocable license to fulfill items, entry, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so are void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By proceeding with a purchase from Sherman County Fair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly by Sherman County Fair or as required by law. This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. Sherman County Fair recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans
- Travel disruptions
- Inclement weather
- Artist or performer lineup changes
- Venue changes
Disputes or Chargebacks
Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of Sherman County Fair including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by Sherman County Fair, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.

NSF Check Policy
Any returned checks (NSF) will incur a fee for all associated bank charges. The party responsible for payment of the check will also be responsible for these fees.
Future rentals or bookings may be suspended until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
Stall Cleaning Policy
All stalls must be cleaned upon departure. A $25.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to the Rentor if stalls are not cleaned. This fee will be invoiced using the contact information provided during stall booking.
Rentors with unpaid cleaning fees will not be permitted to reserve stalls for future events until the fee is paid in full.
Event Booking Fee
A $200.00 booking fee is required for all events exceeding four (4) hours in duration. This fee is due at the time of submitting your application.
Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. However, it will be applied toward your final rental balance due for the event. Remainder of balance will be due upon receipt of final bill/invoice.
Early Set-Up and Late Clean-Up Policy
Any early set-up that occurs prior to the official start time listed in the Rental Agreement will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
Similarly, any late clean-up or extended use of the facility beyond the Rental Agreement end time will be charged at $25.00 per hour.
These additional charges will be invoiced following the event and must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.
Hourly Indoor Arena Rentals
Riders who reserve the indoor arena by the hour may not enter the arena prior to their designated start time and must exit promptly at the end of their reserved time slot.
Any rider found entering early or remaining past their scheduled ride time will be assessed a $25.00 fee per violation. These fees will be invoiced using the contact information provided during booking, and must be paid before future reservations will be accepted.
Insurance Requirements
All individuals or organizations renting the facility, including the indoor arena, are required to carry liability insurance. Proof of current coverage must be submitted prior to the event or arena rental.
Failure to provide valid proof of insurance will result in cancellation of the reservation, and any associated fees or deposits may be forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy.
General Liability Insurance: Renter shall secure combined single limit Commercial General Liability with
the following Limits of Liability:
o $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
o $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate
o $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury
o $2,000,000 General Aggregate (per Event)
o $1,000,000 Damage to Premises Rented to You
o $5,000 Medical Payments
o $1,000,000 Liquor Liability Each Occurrence – when liquor is being served
• Coverage must include setup and cleanup dates as well as Event Dates.
•Renters shall ensure Sherman County Fairgrounds is listed as additional insured and that the insurance
is primary and non-contributory. The Renter must provide a copy of insurance, which must include a
Certificate of Insurance with an endorsement naming Sherman County Fairgrounds, 66147 Lonerock
Road, Moro, OR 97039, as additional insured, a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
Liability Disclaimer
All riders and participants ride at their own risk. The Sherman County Fair is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur to persons, animals, or property while on the premises.
Additionally, the Sherman County Fair is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We strongly recommend that all personal belongings be secured and monitored at all times.
Facility Clean-Up & Damage Policy
It is the Rentor’s responsibility to clean up after themselves. The rental facility must be left in the same condition as it was found at the beginning of the rental period.
If any damage occurs during the rental, the Sherman County Fair Event Coordinator must be notified as soon as possible. The Rentor will be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage or broken items resulting from their use of the facility.
Dumpsters are provided on-site, and all trash must be emptied and placed in the dumpsters prior to departure. If additional cleaning is required after the event, the Rentor may be subject to cleaning service charges and/or additional dump fees.
These fees may apply not only to the
rented facility, but also to the
surrounding grounds, especially if
trash, debris, or other items are left behind. If individuals dry camping at the facility leave behind waste or damage and cannot be identified, the
primary Rentor of the associated event will be held responsible for the related clean-up costs.
Dry Camping Policy
Dry camping is permitted on the premises and can be booked and paid for per night through our website.
All dry campers are responsible for cleaning up their campsite before departure. This includes:

Placing all trash in designated trash cans

Ensuring trash cans are emptied into the provided dumpsters

Cleaning up after any animals if pens are used

Filling in any holes or ground disturbances caused during your stay
We kindly ask that you leave the area better than you found it, so the next guests can enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.
If excessive waste, debris, or damage is left at a campsite, the responsible Rentor will be invoiced for additional cleaning or repair charges by the Sherman County Fair Event Coordinator.
Future dry camping or penning privileges will be suspended until the outstanding invoice is paid in full.
Indoor Arena - No Dogs Permitted
For the safety and comfort of all guests and animals, dogs are not permitted inside the indoor arena at any time. This includes during private rentals, public events, and all other activities.
Exceptions will not be made, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the facility and/or forfeiture of rental privileges.
Effective Date and Changes
Sherman County Fair reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice to this page.
